We want you to be completely satisfied with AI Social Studio. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which we offer refunds for our subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to the terms described below.
2. Subscription Plans
AI Social Studio offers monthly and annual subscription plans. All plans are billed in advance and provide access to Pro features for the duration of the billing period.
- Monthly Plan: Billed every 30 days
- Annual Plan: Billed once per year at a discounted rate
3. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. This applies to both monthly and annual plans. To request a refund within this window, contact us at ai.social.stdio@gmail.com with your account email and reason for the refund.
4. Refunds After 7 Days
After the 7-day window, we do not offer refunds for the current billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings under Settings → Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation, and your account will revert to the Free plan when the period ends.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances such as extended service outages or billing errors. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us immediately and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at ai.social.stdio@gmail.com with the following information:
- Your account email address
- Date of purchase
- Reason for the refund request
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
